Sound familiar?

You bought the software.
You're still winging it.

You downloaded marketplace templates that don't fit your business and you've got no idea how to adapt them.
04
You don't have 100+ hours to sit down and figure the software out. You've got jobs to run and clients chasing you.

Founder, Veo Building — WunderOps/
"Building houses is the easy bit. Running the business is what kills builders."

Adam's been in the trade for 18+ years and runs Veo Building Co. — a custom builder on the Southern Tablelands turning out forever homes on acreage. In-house carpenters, long-term trades, multiple jobs running at once.

A few years back he was running it the way most builders do — spreadsheets, paper diaries, three different apps, a notebook in the ute, half the costs in his head. Quotes took weeks. Margins slipped. Jobs fell through the cracks. He knew the only way out was one system that actually held the whole business.

Today every job, every cost, every team member, every variation, every client update lives in WunderBuild. No spreadsheets. No double entry. No "where did I save that?" Adam's spent years turning Veo into a WunderBuild-native build company — and WunderOps exists so other builders can get to the same place without the trial and error.

Common questions

Everything you're wondering.

What actually is WunderOps?+
WunderOps is a consulting and training service that helps residential builders implement and actually use WunderBuild properly. Audit, setup, migration, and ongoing training — from a builder who runs it on live jobs every day.
Is this a course or do I get hands-on help?+
Both. You start with a one-on-one audit and custom setup for your business. Then you get access to a training portal with short video modules and a community of builders going through the same thing. It's not just videos — Adam works with you directly.
I already have WunderBuild but I'm barely using it. Is this for me?+
That's exactly who this is for. Most builders buy WunderBuild with good intentions and never set it up properly. WunderOps fixes that.
I'm not on WunderBuild yet. Can I still join?+
Yes. If you're considering WunderBuild or just signed up, Adam can help you set it up right from day one so you skip the six months of figuring it out yourself.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on what you need. The waitlist is free — once a spot opens, Adam will walk you through the options and you decide what makes sense for your business.
I downloaded templates from the marketplace and they didn't work. How is this different?+
Templates are useless if you don't understand how WunderBuild works underneath them. WunderOps teaches you the platform first — how every part flows into each other — so you can adapt any template to fit your business.
Is this like a Builders coaching program?+
No. WunderOps is purely about WunderBuild — the software and how to run your business on it. Not business coaching, not sales, not finance. If you're already in a coaching program, this sits alongside it.
How long does the setup take?+
The audit is a one to two hour session. Setup and migration timelines depend on your business, but most builders are up and running within a couple of weeks.
I'm time-poor. How much of my time does this need?+
Training modules are 3 to 10 minutes each. You don't need to clear your schedule. Watch one, implement it, move on. Built for builders who are on the tools all day.
What happens after I join the waitlist?+
You'll get an email when the July intake opens. No spam, no sales calls. When a spot opens up, Adam will reach out personally.
Can Adam help with integrations like Xero and DEX?+
Yes. Part of the setup is connecting WunderBuild to your existing tools — Xero, DEX, API integrations, team channels, the lot. One system, not another app sitting next to five others.
Is my data safe during migration?+
Migration is handled by the WunderBuild team directly. Your jobs, estimates, and costing data are moved across securely. Nothing gets lost.

One system.
One source of truth.
